Councillor Leahy has three motions on the agenda of the Committee of the Whole scheduled for September 10, 2025.

members of the public may apply to delegate to the meeting and speak to one or all of the motions on teh agenda.  This form is not the official registration process but instead a way to give more information about each motion and to provide assistance to residents who may want advice on the formalities of speaking to council.
